I find that passion is easier to ignite when you can direct it towards another; finding and identifying your passion is a lot tougher, especially when you feel "down." Carol has been inspiring; I just need to keep hearing her "whisper" in my ear.

I always thought that passion was for young people yet each year it seems that my passion for life and passions in general multiply. I wish I had enough time to cultivate every thing I desire to do. I am so grateful for good health, good friends, and an enthusiasm for life as eah year passes.

David looks really happy. It must have been an extremely difficult decisiom to make and I commend him for following his heart - while still keeping his primary relationship with his daughter at the forefront!

Passion comes in many forms. We all unlock our own passions with our actions in what we do, how we work and how we interact with others. Be careful what you wish for because you may be more passionate that you realize.

Very interesting perspective. The Jewish faith incorporates some aspects of the unplugged approach: during the Sabbath (Friday sundown to Saturday sundown), observant Jews break from the power grid and are not even to turn on a light. So, TV, radio and cell phones are definitely off. While silence is not mandated, this weekly retreat from the grid is intended to refresh and re-establish a connection with oneself, God and others. Modern, less striclty observant rabbis suggest that we try unplugging the TV, just to see what a difference it can make. This way, one can retreat a bit without ever leaving home.

Finding passion is not as hard as accepting it and letting it guide your life. As a coach, how do you help people accept passion?
